Located a 3-minute walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Station and a 10-minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station, the 4-story office has fully private rooms for 2 to 4 people, with individual air conditioning and windows.
The initial cost is only the contract fee and the first month's rent, and there are no utilities, renewal, or restoration fees.
The entrance is auto-locked for 24-hour access. Rooms can be locked, and security is provided by an intercom in the room.
A dedicated mailbox and a delivery box (shared) are located on the first floor, so that you can manage your mail and parcels yourself.
There are also public working space and a rooftop as rest areas. Public working space are available for your use and provide a space where you can relax and feel at home.

When you exit [the West Exit] of Shinjuku Station, turn left and head toward [the West Square].

When you see the sign for [the West Square], go up the stairs on your left and follow the signs to ground level.

Once on the ground, turn right. Cross the traffic light in front of [UNIQLO] and go straight with [HALC] on your right.

Continue straight to the end of the road.

Go up [the Shin-Toshin Pedestrian Bridge] and continue toward [Kawaijuku Shinjuku School].

When you reach the end of the pedestrian bridge, follow the arrow to the bottom of the stairs and then follow the road.

When you see 7-Eleven, turn right at the first narrow alley.

Go straight down the alley in front of Yakiniku [Taijuen] and you will arrive at Tensho Office Shinjuku.

After exiting the Nishi-Shinjuku Station ticket gate, proceed to the passageway on the right (toward Shinjuku Station).

Walk straight down the passageway in the direction of the arrow along the left wall to the [C12] exit.

When you see the [C12(SUMITOMO FUDOSAN NISHI SHINJUKU BLDG.)] exit, turn left.

Go up the stairs to the ground level.

Turn left and proceed to the prescription pharmacy [Nissei Pharmacy] on your left.

After passing the Nishitetsu Inn Shinjuku, turn left at the alley in front of the 7-Eleven.

Go straight down the alley in front of Yakiniku [Taijuen].

You have arrived at Tensho Office Shinjuku.

Follow the signs for Shinjuku Nishiguchi Station and turn left when you get out of Exit [D5].

When you reach the intersection, cross the traffic light toward “WELCIA” and go straight.

Pass by [VELOCE] and go down the narrow alley between [Takarazuka University] and [Family Mart] in the direction of the arrow.

Go straight down the alley.

After exiting the alley, go diagonally to the right as indicated by the arrow. After that, go straight while looking at [Jouenji Temple] on the right and left.

Keep going straight at the crossroads with the flower shop on your left. You will then pass an animal hospital and a tobacco shop.

Follow the narrow alley and you will see [Nihonchaen] with a green roof at the entrance, then turn left at the corner.

What sort of place is Shinjuku?
