We have five meeting rooms available, each accommodating 4 to 6 people.
You can easily make online reservations at any time through our dedicated website, and use the rooms for up to two hours per day free of charge.
Equipped with whiteboards, these rooms are suitable for a wide range of purposes, including internal meetings, client meetings, and online conferences.
Meeting Room Service at Other Locations
Meeting rooms at locations other than the contracted office can also be applied for on a monthly basis.

On the 9th floor, we have a public working space that anyone is welcome to use.

Entrance
The entrances to the office floors (3rd through 9th floors) are equipped with PIN-code-operated automatic locks. With comprehensive security measures in place to prevent unauthorized access, you can enter and exit the building with confidence 24 hours a day.
Dedicated mailbox
Each unit has its own mailbox on the first floor, allowing you to receive mail at an address in “Minato Ward, Tokyo.” We also offer a mail forwarding service (for a fee) to the address of your choice.
Interphone
Intercoms are installed in the elevator lobbies on each floor.
When you have visitors, you can answer the intercom directly from your apartment, allowing you to welcome your important guests smoothly.
