The incoming contract fee is 110,000 yen (55,000 yen for a 1-person room).
*The incoming contract fee remains effective for two (2) years after evacuation. This is good value if you move back in after a time or use our offices on a per-project basis.
*If you sign a contract partway through a month, the first month’s rent and common service fee will be calculated on a per-diem basis.
*We do not charge a brokerage fee, guarantee money, security deposit, etc.

You can use rooms from 52,800 yen!

Rooms are available starting at 52,800 yen per month covering both the rent and common service fee.
Use of office furniture (desks, chairs), conference rooms, and the Internet is free.

Rent

This is the usage fee for each room. The unit price per tsubo is set lower than the market, so the usage fee is much lower than for offices and rental offices in the vicinity.

Common service fee

The common service fee is almost at cost. Take the time to compare our surprisingly low fee across the market. The common service fee includes the following:

• Utilities charges
• Office furniture (desks, chairs) rental fee
• Conference room usage fee (within the designated free hours/day)
• Internet usage fee
• Garbage processing fee
• Floor and toilet cleaning
• Consumables for common areas

Other expenses

• A separate charge is required for use of the color copier.
  *Black and white, single-sided: 11 yen / Color, single-sided: 44 yen
• Telephone and fax facilities can be installed in each individual room.
  A separate charge is required for use of these facilities.

No renewal fee!

We do not charge a renewal fee, so long-term users can also enjoy this saving.

No fee for restoration of the original condition!

We do not charge a fee for restoration of the original condition when you move out, reducing your costs for relocating to your next office.
*Except in the case of intentional damage etc.
