TENSHO OFFICE Tennozu First Tower

On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, Tensho Office Tennozu First Tower opened on the 7th floor of Tennozu First Tower. It boasts exceptional business access, just a 30-second walk from Tokyo Monorail’s Tennozu Isle Station and a 5-minute walk from the Rinkai Line.

Furthermore, we are pleased to announce that a new location will open on the 17th floor of the same building on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. The 17th floor will offer the same layout and services as the 7th floor. For further details, please visit our website.

Office Features

• A variety of private rooms: We offer everything from one-person private booths where you can concentrate to fully private rooms that can accommodate 10 to 20 people.
• Meeting rooms: Two Meeting rooms are available for meetings and business negotiations. These rooms can be used for 120 minutes free of charge every day.
• Lounge with a spectacular view: A lounge on the 3rd floor with a spectacular view is available for a fee, ideal for a change of pace or to refresh yourself.

The initial costs are as follows.
Private booth for 1 person: [Entrance contract fee 55,000 yen] + [Monthly fee (rent + common service fee)]
Fully private room for 10 or more people: [Entrance contract fee 110,000 yen] + [Monthly fee (rent + common service fee)

There is a spacious entrance on the first floor, ideal for meeting customers.
There are also a variety of restaurants and convenience stores on the first floor of this tower and in the surrounding area.

Tensho Office Otemachi Takebashi opened on July 15, 2025. It is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Takebashi Station on the Tozai Line, with Otemachi Station and Jimbocho Station also within walking distance.

• Private booths for one person: All rooms are private with locks, available from 36,300 yen per month. (Some rooms are available for ¥29,700, but they are currently fully booked.)
• Excellent location: In a quiet area where many major companies have their headquarters, you can concentrate on your work.
• Security: The building is equipped with an auto-lock system for your peace of mind.

Rooms 189 and 190 are available for 29,700 yen/month.
