Outline of Objects

Tensho Office Otemachi Takebashi will open on the 1st, 3rd and 6th floors of Kinseisha Kanda Building.
All rooms are “one-person private rooms (booth type)”, providing a private space where you can concentrate on your work.

Rent and initial cost

Room rent is 36,300 yen/month. Only some 2 rooms are available for 29,700 yen/month.
The initial cost at the time of signing the contract is the 55,000 yen entrance contract fee and the first month’s monthly rent.

Kinseisha Kanda Building, 3-15 Kanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

Scheduled opening date

• 2nd floor: July 2025
• The 1st, 3rd, and 6th floors are scheduled to open sequentially from mid-October 2025.

Detailed opening dates will be announced on the website as soon as they are determined.

Facilities

Meeting rooms and multifunctional machines are also available to support your business.

• Free Meeting Rooms: Two meeting rooms are available for use free of charge for up to 1.5 hours per day. The meeting rooms are booths.
• Dedicated mailboxes: Each room has a dedicated mailbox.
• Color copy machine: 11 yen per page for black and white, 44 yen per page for color.

Hours of Use

Tensho Office Otemachi Takebashi is accessible during the following hours

• Hours of entry: 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Leaving time: Any time is possible.
  *Unlike other locations, entry hours are limited, but you can leave the building at any time.

Outstanding Access

The building is only a 2-minute walk from Takebashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line.
Within a 10-minute walking distance from the office, you can also access Otemachi Station, a central business district, and the lively Jimbocho Station.

About viewing and application

Although viewing is available from the opening date, reservations for viewing and tentative room reservations/applications can be made at any time prior to the opening.
