A comfortable workspace just for you. All rooms are booth type (private rooms), and are fully secured with locked doors and high partitions. Unlike shared offices, you can concentrate on your work in your own private space.

Completely private rooms

Spacious, completely private rooms ideal for team use. 4 room types available, from 10-12 people to a maximum of 20 people. The advantage of these rooms is that they can be used by large groups of people at a reduced cost, which is often the case with more expensive offices. The office space is individually air-conditioned for your comfort and security.

Free office furniture

A desk and chair set is provided free of charge for the number of people in your office.

Free meeting rooms!

4 meeting rooms are available and can be used for up to 120 minutes per day free of charge. The rooms can accommodate up to 6 people, so they can be used for a wide range of purposes, from internal meetings to business negotiations with customers.

Meeting Room Service at Other Locations

Meeting rooms at locations other than the contracted office can also be used on a monthly basis.

Versatile lounge

There is a lounge on the third floor that can be used for a fee.
It offers a great view and food and beverages are available.
A QR code will be issued for use (for a fee).

Tower Shared Entrance

The spacious entrance floor shared by the tower is located on the ground floor. Ideal for meeting with clients, it has a relaxed atmosphere suitable for business.

Office Entrance

The office entrance on the 7th floor is bright, clean and spacious. It features a modern and stylish design with extensive use of glass walls.
In addition, four elevators are available to the 7th floor.

Security

The entrance to the office floor is secured by an automatic lock. The entrance to the building is secured by an auto-lock system.

Air conditioning

There is a limit to the operation time.
Please note that the system will automatically stop outside of operation hours.

Color copier (color printer)

Color copy machines are available.
Output can be made from each room as a computer printer.
The cost is 11 yen per page for monochrome and 44 yen per page for color.

Shredder

Shredder is installed.
It can be used free of charge.

Dedicated post box

A dedicated mailbox is located inside the entrance floor on the first floor.

Microwave oven is at your disposal.

As a common facility of the building, there is a smoking area on the 2nd floor deck.

A convenience store with a spacious eat-in corner is located on the first floor. It can be conveniently used for various purposes such as lunch or a break.
