Unlike in shared (common use) rental offices, you can have your own individual room at a low price.

Meeting room is complimentary!

Free use of two meeting rooms for 90 minutes per day.
Feel free to use them for internal meetings and preparatory discussions with customers.

Meeting rooms at locations other than the contracted office can also be applied for on a monthly basis.

(Up to 120 minutes a day *Shinjuku and Hamamatsucho Daimon up to 90 minutes.)

Color copier (color printer)

A color copy machine is located on the 5th floor.
It also serves as a printer for personal computers, and can be connected to from every room.
The usage charge is 11 yen per black and white page/44 yen per color page (including tax).

Shredder

A shredder is located on the 5th floor.Free of charge.

Dedicated mailbox

A dedicated mailbox is located in the parking lot behind the building. We also accept mail items for forwarding to the desired address.

Entrance

Tensho Office Otemachi Takebashi is located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 6th floors of Kinseisha Kanda Building. Please use the elevator or stairs.

Security

The entrance has an auto lock for security.
Access to the building is possible by unlocking the door with a security code.
