Private offices and booth-style offices

We offer everything from single-person booths where you can concentrate and immerse yourself in your work to fully private rooms that can accommodate two or three people.
The single-person booths feature shared air conditioning but are equipped with lockable doors, providing a secure, private space.
Our rare fully private rooms for two or three people—with only one of each available in the office—feature individual air conditioning and windows, ensuring a comfortable experience even in a limited space.

Free provision of desks and chairs

We provide desks and chairs for the number of people in your group in advance.
We can adjust the number of desks—such as reducing them to make the room feel more spacious—at no additional charge, so please let us know the optimal number based on your needs.

Comfortable private office

We offer a wide variety of fully private rooms, ranging from 4-people rooms ideal for team work to rare 6- to 8-people rooms—the only ones of their kind in the office.
All rooms feature individual climate control and windows, and since they are fully private with walls extending to the ceiling, you can use them without worrying about prying eyes or noise from outside.
They are also ideal for highly confidential business negotiations and internal meetings.

We will provide desks and chairs for each occupant.
We offer free additions or removals, so please feel free to adjust the number of desks to suit your team’s changing needs and create a workspace that works best for you.

Comfortable private office

We offer private rooms that provide ample space for teams of 10 or more or as project rooms.
The rooms, which accommodate 10–12, 12–15, and 20 people respectively, are rare spaces—with only one of each available within the office.
All rooms feature individual climate control and windows. As fully enclosed private rooms with walls extending to the ceiling, they provide a dedicated space isolated from the outside, ensuring peace of mind regarding security.

Free provision of desks and chairs

We provide desks and chairs for all occupants in advance.
We can also flexibly adjust the number of desks—free of charge—to accommodate large-scale staff increases for specific projects or organizational changes.

Meeting rooms are free for 2 hours every day!

On the 9th floor, we have two fully private meeting rooms that can accommodate up to four people. You can use them for up to two hours (120 minutes) per day at no charge.
Equipped with whiteboards and free Wi-Fi, these rooms are ideal for a wide range of business scenarios, including internal meetings, important business negotiations, and web conferences.

WEB Booth

We have set up a web booth on the 3rd floor. It is available for use free of charge.
The partition panels discreetly block views from the surrounding area, creating an environment where you can easily focus on last-minute meetings or online business meetings that involve screen sharing.

Multi-Location Meeting Room Usage Service

In addition to your contracted office space, meeting rooms at each location are available for use (monthly paid option).
Locations in Osaka and Tokyo are accessible, making them extremely convenient for meetings while traveling or on business trips.

Usage Fee: ¥11,000 per location

Usage time: Up to 120 minutes (2 hours) daily
(*For Tokyo's Shinjuku, Hamamatsucho Daimon, and Otemachi Takebashi offices, usage is limited to 90 minutes daily.)

Color copier (color printer)

We are equipped with color copiers that can also be used as printers from the computers in each office, ensuring that daily administrative tasks run smoothly.
(Black and white: ¥11 per page / Color: ¥44 per page)

Shredder

It is located in the common area and is available for free and unrestricted use as a security measure, such as for the disposal of confidential documents.

Water dispenser

We have also installed a water dispenser in the common area that you can use free of charge.
Please feel free to use it to refresh yourself after a period of intense work or to offer refreshments to unexpected guests.

Dedicated mailbox

We have provided a dedicated mailbox for each unit inside the first-floor entrance.
We also offer a mail forwarding service (for a fee), so please feel free to contact us if you are interested.

Kitchenette

Equipped with a kitchenette that’s convenient for handwashing and hot water.
Although it doesn’t include cooking facilities or a microwave, the sink is useful for a variety of everyday tasks.

Entrance

It’s a 1-minute walk from Yotsubashi Station and a 5-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station. Our offices are located on the 3rd and 9th floors of the “Daiko Building.”
Our business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., so you can comfortably use our facilities during business hours.

Security

The entrances to the 3rd and 9th floors, where our offices are located, are equipped with PIN-code-operated automatic lock panels.
We have implemented a rigorous security system to prevent unauthorized access, so you can focus on your business with peace of mind at any time during business hours.
