If you are moving between different types of booths, there will be no difference in the initial contract fee.
(*You will only be charged the difference in rent and common service fees for the new space.)
You can flexibly choose your space to accommodate business expansion or changes in staff numbers.
*If you are moving to a fully private room, a separate difference in the initial contract fee will apply.

Since these are semi-private booths with open ceilings, you may hear some ambient noise compared to fully private rooms. Therefore, if you frequently hold web conferences or make calls, we recommend using the conference rooms (2 hours free daily) or the web booths in conjunction with these booths.

Regardless of the type of room you choose, you have access to all facilities and services.
Customers who have contracted for a booth-type room can enjoy the same comprehensive facilities and services as those in fully private rooms, including internet access, meeting rooms, water dispensers, and dedicated mailbox.

The contract term is two years, but it will be automatically renewed unless you submit a cancellation request.
There is no renewal fee.
*Please note that one month's notice is required for cancellation. You may cancel your contract by submitting a cancellation request form one month in advance.

If the individual who signed the contract is the representative, you can switch to a corporate account.
If a different person is the representative, this will be treated as a new contract, so you will be required to pay the move-in fee again.
