Two meeting rooms accommodating up to 6 people each are available.
You can use them free of charge for up to 120 minutes (2 hours) daily.
Equipped with whiteboards, they are suitable for a wide range of uses, including internal meetings, client negotiations, and web conferences.

Multi-Location Conference Room Usage Service

In addition to your contracted office space, meeting rooms at each location are available for use (monthly paid option).
Locations in Osaka and Tokyo are accessible, making them extremely convenient for meetings while traveling or on business trips.

Usage Fee: ¥11,000 per location

Usage time: Up to 120 minutes (2 hours) daily
(※For Tokyo's Shinjuku, Hamamatsucho Daimon, and Otemachi Takebashi offices, usage is limited to 90 minutes daily)

Color copier (color printer)

Color copiers are available.
You can also print directly from the computers in each room, making daily office tasks smooth.
(Black and white: ¥11 per page / Color: ¥44 per page)

Shredder

A shredder is available in the shared space.
Feel free to use it at no charge for security purposes, such as disposing of confidential documents.

Dedicated post box

Individual mailboxes for each room are provided inside the first-floor entrance.
We also offer a mail forwarding service (for a fee).
Please inquire for details.

Kitchenette

A microwave is available in the Kitchenette.
Feel free to use it during lunchtime or breaks.

Smoking area

As shared building facilities, smoking areas are provided on the emergency staircases of each floor. (※Smoking is prohibited inside the office.)

Security

The floor entrance features a PIN-code automatic lock system.
With thorough security measures in place, we provide an environment where you can focus on your business with peace of mind, even during evenings and holidays.
